Convenient Lincoln Square Location

The Alliance Chiropractic Health Center is located on Western Avenue, just south of Wilson Avenue in Lincoln Square. Our office is just three blocks south of the Western Brown Line CTA station, on the east side of the street. There are two metered city lots located at Western and Leland, adjacent to the Western CTA station, where you can park your car. Limited street parking may be available on Western Avenue. If you park your car at one of the city lots or on Western Avenue, please remember to feed the meter.

Dr. Reyes and Dr. Castillo see patients five days a week by appointment only. Please give us a call for an appointment.

Insurance Plans

Alliance Chiropractic Health Care accepts a variety of insurance plans for patients receiving active care to treat a problem, including Medicare. As a service to you, our office would be happy to call your insurance company to verify chiropractic coverage before your first visit. However, we do recommend calling your insurance company prior to your visit to ask about what type of coverage your insurance plan offers for chiropractic care. We will also be happy to answer your questions about insurance coverage and/or other financial options during your visit.
